How long does shipping take in the US?
Approximately 3-7 days, depending on your location.
Do you ship to other countries besides the US?
Yes, I ship worldwide.
How long should my order take to process?
Orders should take no longer than 3 days to process after their submission. If you have not received an invoice or the answers to your questions after 3 days, please re-submit your order.
May I pay without a PayPal account?
Unfortunately I can only accept PayPal payments at this time.
Will you carry any other products?
For the time being, I do not plan on carrying products which are not already listed in the store.
Is there a limit to the quantity of each puzzle in a single order?
Yes, I kindly ask that you order no more than 3 of any puzzle in a single order.
How long does it take to restock an item that is out of stock?
Restocking can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks. I will always put a notification on the news page when an item comes back into stock.
What delivery service do you use to ship your packages?
I use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship.
